Job summary

Piramal Pharma Ltd invites applications for a Senior Executive - Civil at its manufacturing campus in Dahej, Gujarat. BE Civil Engineer with 5-6 years of experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.

You will oversee site execution, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, monitor finishing works, prepare DPR, validate BOQ and rates, and report daily progress to the reporting manager. This role requires strict compliance with company and government standards.

Qualifications

• BE Civil Engineer with 5-6 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
• Experience in site execution and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Site execution along with quality & safety as per norms of the company and government standards
• Co-ordination with consultants for constructional details
• Co-ordinate with all sub-ordinate and supporting team as well as sub-contractor
• Monitoring the Finishing Work (Block Work, Plaster, Every Kind of Flooring)
• Progress monitoring & updating same to reporting manager on daily basis. preparing and approval of BBS
• Checking of sub- contractor bills.
• Preparation of DPR & Submitting to the reporting manager.
• Validating the BOQ & rates.
• Highlighting the issues to management if any work is hampered.
