Qualifications

• Graduate with 3–5 years of experience in business development and data analytics.
• Experience in market analysis, lead generation, and performance analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business development opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Generate and manage business leads and prospective client relationships.
• Develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, corporates, TPAs, insurers, and other stakeholders.
• Collect, organize, and analyze business and sales data.
• Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and performance analysis.
• Track sales, revenue, lead-conversion, customer-acquisition, and retention metrics.
• Identify business trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities from data.
• Support management with recommendations and business insights.
• Monitor branch, territory, product, or service performance as assigned.

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, operations and IT teams.

• Support budgeting, target setting, and business-performance reviews.
• Monitor achievement of business-development targets and KPIs.
• Develop reports using spreadsheets, BI tools, CRM systems, or other analytical platforms.
