Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance seeks a Senior Executive - Bancassurance in Patiala to engage with HDFC Bank branches, generate leads, and drive insurance sales across health, motor, and home categories. You will participate in branch huddles and help activate branch clusters with health and non-health business.

Ideal candidate has 1–2 years experience in bancassurance, and a background in graduation. This is a permanent, full-time role based at the Digital Office in Patiala, under the Retail

Qualifications

• Engagement with HDFC Bank Branch stakeholders to generate leads and drive business.
• Attending Morning huddle at Bank Branches.
• Selling Fresh Health, Motor and Home insurance across cluster of Bank Branches.
• Maintaining renewal percentage across Branches.
• Maintaining Branch Activation of Bank cluster branches with Health and Non health business.
