Responsibilities

• Meeting the penetration percentage targets of HDFC products along with achieving the GWP and market share targets decided by the company.
• Cross-selling of products to maximize the profit.
• Regular interaction and coordination with line managers, channel partners, Third-Party Team (TPT), Area sales manager, BDR and other sales managers of the bank.
• Connecting with operations and sales teams of HDFC ERGO for any claim related settlements.
• Providing the required training to the Business Development Representatives.
• Achieving the daily target of 10 calls and reporting the work daily through on-call (huddles).
• Containing required product knowledge and travel 2–3 days weekly.
