Job summary

Messe Frankfurt in Mumbai seeks an experienced finance professional to manage accounts receivable and reconciliation. You will oversee daily banking postings, ensure accuracy of outstanding balances, and coordinate with auditors for financial reporting.

The role requires 3–4 years in receivables, a finance degree, and hands-on SAP S4 HANA and Tally experience. You will streamline processes and work onsite with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of experience in Receivables Management.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA and Tally is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and reconciliation activities.
• Handle daily banking postings and reconciliation.
• Reconcile outstanding balances and follow up on issues.
• Record daily entries into Tally and issue receipts.
• Tally TDS with 26AS and integrate with CRM as needed.
• Prepare timely financial and management reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Oversee onsite activities related to finance operations.

Job description

Key Accountabilities

• Hands on working experience of SAP S4 HANA
• Primary Accountability Management of Accounts receivable and reconciliation of the same.
• Activity Daily Banking transactions-posting, monitoring and reconciliation of the same.
• Reconciliation of Outstanding and follow up of the same
• Daily entry into tally and issuing of receipts.
• Tally of TDS and reconciliation with 26 AS Updating and tally of event sheet with CRM
• To ensure timely financial and statistical reports for management.
• To liaise with internal and external auditors
• Manage Onsite activities

Education - Bachelors degree or similar in Finance.

Experience - 3 - 4 years work experience in Receivables Management
