Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Senior Executive to support QA and dispatch activities, including review of BMR/ECR/BPR, labeling, and document issuance. The role involves ensuring proper packing, labeling, and compliance during dispatch, with emphasis on audit readiness.

Responsibilities include reviewing production records, verifying log books, reporting deviations, and maintaining storage conditions. The candidate will assist in incident reporting and support senior staff as required.

Responsibilities

• Review BMR, ECR, BPR.
• Verify dispatches consignments.
• Issue product & QR code labels.
• Issue documents to user department.
• Attain FG sampling, product label and seal verification during dispatch.
• Document readiness for audit.
• Participate in the dispatch activity.
• Packing and repacking of intermediate and API as per requirement.
• Issuance of product labels as per production requisition.
• Review of Batch Production Records (BMR/BPR/ECR).
• Verification of various log books for completeness in QA.
• Ensure deviations are reported online.
• Monitor materials storage conditions and labeling.
• Identify potential contamination/cross-contamination areas.
• Verify SOP compliance on shop floor.
• Report incidents/near misses/illness to superiors.
• Identify unsafe conditions/acts and report to superiors.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
• Also responsible for the work of his senior in the absence of senior.
