Job summary

QualityAI is seeking a Senior ETL Tester in India to join our data platform testing efforts. You will perform ETL validation, data quality checks, and source-to-target mapping across Databricks pipelines and ADF processes. Strong SQL skills and experience with Power BI reporting are essential, with collab­oration in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ETL/Data Warehouse testing experience.
• Strong SQL for source-to-target validation and data reconciliation.
• Experience with Databricks data pipelines and transformation testing.
• Experience with ADF pipelines and process testing.
• Experience testing Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Understanding of data quality checks, reconciliation, and source-target mapping.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Nice to have: Basic Python knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support data platform testing initiatives across ETL pipelines.
• Validate data across sources and targets and ensure reconciliation accuracy.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to define test cases and ensure timely delivery.
