Job summary

Kinaxis Inc. in Chennai, India, is seeking an experienced software professional to join the R&D Support Team under Product Operations. The role focuses on analyzing and resolving complex customer issues and building robust solutions in a fast-paced setting.

You will collaborate with core development and customer support teams, read code, and improve existing software while maintaining high-quality service for global customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in software development or product support.
• Strong experience in Java and JavaScript related technologies.
• Working knowledge of multi-threading and concurrency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.

About the team

As a member of the R&D Support Team under the Product Operations Group, you will join a highly motivated team in solving complex customer problems.

You should be able to read and write code and enjoy improving and fixing existing software. You will work very closely with both our core development teams and our customer support organization in a fast-paced environment. You will use cutting-edge troubleshooting techniques to ensure customers' installations run smoothly. If you have a positive attitude and enjoy a variety of work, then this is the place for you.

What you will do

What we are looking for
