Zenith HR Solutions in Mumbai seeks an experienced equity trader to execute trades across NSE/BSE for mutual funds and PMS. You will ensure best execution, log trades, and coordinate settlements.

The role requires 8+ years in equity dealing, familiarity with SEBI MF regulations, and proficiency with Bloomberg, Reuters and OMS. You will monitor market movements and provide feedback to Fund Managers.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce or Economics; MBA (Finance) preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in equity dealing within Mutual Funds, PMS or institutional broking.
• Familiarity with SEBI Mutual Fund Regulations and internal control frameworks.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg, Reuters and trading/order management systems.
• Strong market awareness and quick decision-making
• Integrity and compliance orientation
• Detail-oriented and disciplined in execution

• Coordinate with fund accounting and custody teams for trade settlement.
• Track intraday and daily market movements, liquidity and price trends.
• Provide Fund Managers with actionable market updates and execution feedback.
• Monitor corporate actions, index rebalancing and relevant news, impactingportfolios.
• Maintain active relationships with approved brokers to ensure efficient execution andaccess to market insights.
• Assist in periodic broker performance evaluations based on execution quality andresearch inputs.
• Adhere to SEBI (Mutual Fund) Regulations, internal investment limits, and dealingprocedures.
• Maintain accurate dealing records, me stamps, and broker quotes for complianceand audit.
• Prepare daily dealing sheets and trade reports for management review.
