In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with various stakeholders, including our experienced engineering team, Cloud Operations, Security, Compliance, and other key partners. Your primary focus will be on engineering practices to streamline our software development processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our cloud platform. You will gain hands‑on experience with a variety of DevSecOps tools and application and platform technologies, helping to build and maintain our continuous integration and delivery pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated deployment processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support architecture for complex applications ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Implement best practices in coding with support of AI
• IaC-first approach to managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform and an opinionated IaC Framework standard.
• Transform manual processes using automation.
• Perform the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of platforms.
• Conduct work activities using SRE principles, such as resilience, metrics, capacity planning, toil, Incident management and security
• Manage cloud infrastructure and services in Azure and AWS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, operations, QA, etc.).
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Implement and Manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Develop scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Build and help transform container and serverless architectures, such as AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Services), Docker and Azure Functions.
• Ensure software and platforms comply with security standards and regulations.
• Implement security best practices and conduct regular security assessments.
• Adhere to access controls and protect sensitive data.
• Document processes, procedures, and infrastructure setups.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Continuously improve systems, processes, and methodologies.
• Participate in project planning and execution.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
