Job summary

Infoblox in Bangalore seeks a Senior Enterprise AI Analyst to join the IT Cloud Applications team. You will build AI solutions, translate business problems into scalable technical designs, and mentor the Enterprise AI team to deliver measurable business value.

You will drive prototypes through to production, manage dependencies, and partner with stakeholders to implement best practices, enabling innovation with security and performance at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on delivery experience in technology, SaaS, or enterprise apps.
• Strong techno-functional background translating complex business problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience prototyping and deploying AI or automation solutions using platforms such as Glean, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise, AWS AI, or similar technologies.
• Fluency in LLMs, prompt design, AI agents, agentic workflows, enterprise AI adoption patterns, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong Python development experience to build backend apps, integrations, and AI-enabled services.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs with secure patterns.
• Solid understanding of distributed architectures, microservices, and cloud-native principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions, from discovery to production.
• Build and integrate scalable AI-enabled solutions using Python, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and cloud-native services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map processes, pain points, and opportunities for measurable AI value.
• Mentor team members on architecture, coding standards, testing, security, and delivery best practices.
• Manage portfolio-level execution for Enterprise AI initiatives, timelines, risks, and adoption metrics.
• Produce high-quality deliverables including prototypes, technical docs, and executive-ready materials.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions, agents, automation workflows, and intelligent applications, from discovery and prototyping through production implementation
• Build and integrate scalable AI-enabled solutions using Python, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, cloud-native services, and platforms such as Glean, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise, AWS AI, and other emerging AI technologies
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, dependencies, and opportunities where AI or automation can deliver measurable value
• Mentor and guide team members on solution architecture, reusable patterns, code quality, testing, security, performance, and delivery best practices
• Manage portfolio-level execution for Enterprise AI initiatives, including timelines, task ownership, dependencies, risks, adoption metrics, and stakeholder communications
• Produce high-quality deliverables that move work forward, including working prototypes, technical documentation, dependency plans, process flows, executive-ready presentations, adoption reports, and shared standards

Be Prepared — What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in a hands-on delivery role such as solutions analyst, software engineer, technical lead, ideally in technology, SaaS, Enterprise applications, or consulting environments
• Strong techno-functional background with the ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into practical, scalable, and measurable technical solutions
• Hands‑on experience configuring, prototyping, and deploying AI or automation solutions using platforms such as Glean, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise, AWS AI, or similar technologies
• Genuine fluency in LLMs, prompt design, AI agents, agentic workflows, enterprise AI adoption patterns, and responsible AI practices
• Strong Python development experience with the ability to build backend applications, integrations, automation scripts, and AI-enabled services
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs, including asynchronous request handling, performance optimization, error handling, and secure integration patterns
• Solid understanding of backend systems, distributed architectures, microservices, event‑driven design, domain-driven design, and cloud-native application principles
