Thanks for your interest in working on our team!The **Solution Release Train Engineer (RTE)** helps keep large, complex programs moving by coordinating delivery across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), teams, and stakeholders. Acting as a servant leader, facilitator, and problem solver, the Solution RTE works closely with Product Management, Architects, Business Owners, and delivery teams to ensure everyone is aligned on priorities, dependencies, risks, and objectives. The role focuses on bringing the right people together, removing roadblocks, and creating transparency so teams can successfully deliver business value at scale.A successful Solution RTE combines strong program leadership with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. They facilitate key SAFe events such as Pre-PI Planning, cross-ART Syncs, and Solution Demos, while helping teams continuously improve how they plan and execute work.
