Job summary

GlobalLogic in Hyderabad, India is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead high-performing engineering teams, drive scalable software engineering practices, and shape architecture for large-scale products. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, ensure reliability, and guide AI-enabled initiatives across the SDLC.

You will influence cross-functional partners, champion modern engineering standards, and mentor future leaders while delivering resilient, high-quality software at scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with scalable systems.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams in a product/platform setting.
• Strong Java (J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices).
• Strong system architecture design for scalable, distributed, resilient systems.
• Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design.
• Hands-on with cloud-native development (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, and modern toolchains.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and outcome-driven delivery.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and GenAI tools in engineering workflows.

Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on expertise in building scalable systems.

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and outcome-driven delivery models.
