AryaXAI in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the platform scale and components, driving reliability and performance across AI models and data modalities. You will be the main SPOC for engineering efforts behind the AryaXAI platform, coordinating across R&D, data science, and front-end teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in optimizing, scaling, and reliability of large-scale systems for various data modalities and AI models.
• Strong fundamentals in CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and multi-cloud environments.
• Proven track record in product management designing and delivering complex, high-performance solutions for large-scale customers.
• Programming skills: expert in Python with solid coding practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and ability to mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale AI inference platform and related components for all data modalities.
• Manage product development activities, including scrums and productivity optimization across teams.

Qualifications:

WearenowlookingforhighlyexperiencedSeniorEngineeringManagerswhocanleadtheplatformscaleandcomponents,andmakeittheindustrybestintherelevantcomponents.Idealcandidatesshouldhaveatleast5+yearsofexperienceworkingwithproductsthatrequireheavyengineeringandscalingrequirements.PreferenceisfromaproductbackgroundwithstrongdisciplinaryroundthestackandPRquality.
