Job summary

Bright Money is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and scale engineering teams in Bangalore Division, Karnataka, India. This on-site role partners with Product, ML, Infrastructure, and Business to deliver scalable distributed systems and drive architectural excellence.

You will hire and mentor engineers, shape platform strategy, and own budgets and resource planning. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of engineering experience including 3+ years in leadership, with preference for ML/DS
