Job summary

Armanino India LLP is seeking a Workday PSA specialist to support resource management, project staffing, and related financials functions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions, focusing on data conversion, integrations, and reporting. The role emphasizes data-quality and analytics to drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3+ years hands-on Workday PSA and Financials data experience in production or implementation environments.
• Experience with Workday PSA processes including resource management, project staffing, utilization, and project financials.
• Experience with Workday data tools such as EIBs, data loading, reporting, and conversions; working knowledge of SQL or ETL processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration, configuration, enhancement, and optimization of Workday PSA and related Financials functionality.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate business processes, and translate needs into practical, scalable Workday solutions.
• Configure and support PSA processes related to resource management, project staffing, capacity planning, utilization, project operations, and project financials.
• Design, build, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics for operational, financial, resource, and data-quality insights.
• Develop and support data conversion and integration activities, including source analysis, mapping, transformation, loading, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Use Workday loading tools and EIBs, SQL, and ETL methods to manage customer, project, workforce, and financial data across Workday and connected systems.
• Support M&A, reimplementation, and enterprise systems initiatives by applying consistent data-conversion standards, controls, and documentation.
• Collaborate with integration, data, reporting, Finance, HRIS, and business systems teams to maintain accurate data flows across the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem.
• Plan and execute unit, system, regression, and user acceptance testing for configurations, integrations, conversions, releases, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and communicate risks, recommendations, and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create repeatable tools, templates, documentation, and process improvements that strengthen data quality, governance, scalability, and user experience.
• Monitor Workday releases and relevant platform changes, recommending features and improvements that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience supporting Workday PSA, Workday Financials data, data conversion, integrations, or related enterprise systems in a production or implementation environment.
• Experience with Workday PSA processes and professional services operations, including resource management, project staffing, utilization, project operations, or project financials.
• Experience with Workday data tools and concepts, such as EIBs, data loading, reporting, conversions, integrations, and data validation, plus working knowledge of SQL or ETL processes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to independently manage priorities and deliver solutions across functional and technical teams.
• Experience supporting Workday Financials, project accounting, or Quote‑to‑Cash processes.
• Experience supporting a professional services organization, an internal Workday or HRIS team, or enterprise Workday implementations.
• Experience with M&A, divestiture, reimplementation, or large‑scale data conversion initiatives.
• Knowledge of Workday security, APIs, integrations, or reporting, including calculated fields, advanced reports, or dashboards.
• Experience with Power BI, advanced Excel, data visualization, or connected platforms supporting CRM, client intake, contracts, or resource management.
