Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Chennai is seeking a Senior Engineer - Testing to support NP I and production quality. You will handle shift activities, resolve test issues with global teams, and manage automated/manual tester setups including Chroma ATEs, Sinvo, and Guanjia machines.

The role requires strong experience in power product testing platforms, equipment like Hi-Pot and programmable AC sources, and collaboration with process and production teams to improve yield and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of similar experience.
• Strong experience in Chroma ATEs.
• Strong experience in Power Product Testing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle overall shift activities and report to supervisor.
• Provide solutions for test issues with global team or customer support to ensure NP I and production quality.
• Set up automated/manual tester setups and troubleshoot Chroma ATE, Sinvo and Guanjia machines.
• Manage test equipment such as Chroma Hi-Pot, Power Meter, programmable AC source, DC electronic load and industrial PCs.
• Coordinate with process and production for yield and quality improvement.
