Job summary

Svadha WASH Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Engineer – Civil (Structural) to supervise and execute structural construction activities at the project site. The role focuses on high-rise residential projects using Mivan shuttering for walls, slabs and columns.

The incumbent will ensure conformity with drawings, quality standards, and timelines, while coordinating with planning, QA/QC, Safety and MEP teams to maintain workflow and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• Experience with Mivan shuttering is highly preferred.
• Experience supervising site teams and coordinating on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day structural site activities including RCC works, formwork, reinforcement, and concreting.
• Ensure execution aligns with structural drawings, standards, and safety guidelines.
• Monitor accuracy of Mivan shuttering system installation and handling.
• Prepare daily/weekly work schedules in coordination with planning.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Safety, and MEP teams for integrated construction execution.
• Maintain site logs, pour records and material consumption reports.

Job Summary

The Senior Engineer – Civil (Structural) is responsible for supervising and executing structural construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with structural drawings, quality standards, and timelines. A key part of the role involves working with Mivan shuttering technology for structural works such as walls, slabs, and columns in high-rise residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution – Structural Works

• Oversee day-to-day structural site activities including RCC works, formwork, reinforcement, and concreting
• Ensure execution aligns with structural drawings, standards, and safety guidelines
• Monitor the accuracy of Mivan shuttering system installation and handling

Mivan Shuttering Oversight

• Supervise Mivan formwork setup, deshuttering, cleaning, and reuse
• Check alignment, levelling, joint treatments, and cycle time compliance
• Coordinate with formwork vendors and site logistics for Mivan material movement

Planning & Coordination

• Prepare daily and weekly work schedules in coordination with the planning team
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Safety, and MEP teams for integrated construction execution
• Track material availability and manpower deployment to maintain workflow

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Implement and monitor quality control measures at each stage of work
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all structural operations
• Support third-party inspections, testing, and quality documentation

Team Supervision

• Guide and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and workmen
• Monitor contractor workforces for performance and productivity
• Provide solutions for basic technical and operational issues on-site

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain site logs, pour records, material consumption reports, and work updates
• Assist in preparing checklists, quality records, and concrete reports
• Report progress and challenges to the reporting manager on a daily/weekly basis

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience with Mivan shuttering technology is highly preferred

Key Skills

• Strong working knowledge of RCC and Mivan formwork systems
• Ability to interpret structural drawings and specifications accurately
• Site coordination, planning, and team supervision
• Familiar with MS Excel, AutoCAD, and site management tools
