Job summary

KSB Company in Maharashtra is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of the DPSP platform. You will work at the interface between cloud‑based software and connected hardware, validating backend functionality early in development.

Collaboration with software developers, other test engineers and product owners will help ensure a robust, scalable solution. The role emphasizes designing and executing system tests, automating test cases, and contributing to test strategy

Responsibilities

• Validate changes in the backend and design, develop, and execute system test scenarios.
• Validate data transmission between hardware devices and cloud services, correct storage of data and forwarding to other system components.
• Create and maintain test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Automate and maintain system test cases.
• Identify, analyse, document, and track software and system defects.
• Perform regression testing as part of release and maintenance activities.
• Contribute to test planning, test strategy, and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams throughout the software lifecycle.
