Qualifications

Job Title: Engineer'/Senior Engineer Process
Location: Trichy/Chennai
Position Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for development of the blade manufacturing process from the initial phase, layout defining, mould installation and validation, tooling installation and validation and process development in line with global standards.
Design and development of the blade manufacturing layout with Lean strategy and movement of the manufacturing flow eliminating MUDA.
Support Lean strategy execution and product development as per Team blade Target Requirement.
Support technical development and contribute to high-level engineering documentation & Lean manufacturing strategies.
Encourage teamwork and collaboration towards a systematic work approach and continuously improve organizational consistency and struggle effectiveness.
Roles and Responsibilities
Set up new production line following Envision requirements.
Design and define the best manufacturing layout for the blade manufacturing process.
Responsible for finishing operation (post moulding).
Develop process documentation like work instructions, tooling specifications and bill of manufacturing.
Knowledge of blade painting process, balancing process and finishing operation.
Technical knowledge transfer – develop training module, skill matrix evolution.
Prepare training material and provide technical training.
Involve and execute FPQ, 0-series blade & mass production.
Handle problem data bank from FPQ process including lessons learned and closure with CFT approach in 0-series production.
Contribute to process development and validation (PFMEA, PVPL, PVPR, MRS).
