Job summary

SPR TGPEL Precision Engineering Ltd. in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, seeks a skilled mould designer proficient in NX software. The candidate should have completed over 200 mould designs independently and be well-versed in both 3D and 2D detailing.

You'll engage in design modifications and ensure compliance with MISUMI and HASCO standards. The position requires effective team collaboration, shift work availability, and knowledge of ISO / TS / IATF documents.

Qualifications

• At least 200+ mould designs completed independently.
• Should work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Working knowledge of ISO / TS / IATF documents.

Responsibilities

• Design 3D moulds using NX software.
• Detail 2D designs using NX software.
• Modify existing designs in NX software.
• Ensure designs meet MISUMI and HASCO standards.

Skills

3D mould design in NX software

Job description

1. 3d mould design in NX software (NX 11 ) Mandatory ( At least have done 200+ mould design independently )
2. 2d detailing in NX software Mandatory
3. Design Modification in NX software Mandatory
4. Type of moulds (lifters moulds, slider moulds, 2 /3 stage ejection moulds, hrs moulds, unscrewing moulds, )
5. Well aware for MISUMI, HASCO standards.
6. Knowledge of MS-Office Mandatory
7. Email communications
8. Customer interaction (will be added advantages)
9. Should be ready to work on shifts (Morning & afternoon)
10. Working knowledge of ISO / TS / IATF documents
11. Should be well spoken & good team member
