Job summary

FLSmidth is seeking a Digital Services engineer to shape and deliver secure, connected digital solutions for mining. Based in Chennai, you will design and support industrial networks, implement OT cybersecurity and integrate CMS, IIoT with plant networks.

You will support commissioning, site deployments and provide remote and on-site technical assistance to project teams. The role requires experience in industrial networking, OT environments, PLC/DCS and SCADA systems, and a willingness to

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in industrial networking and OT environments.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing and industrial Ethernet.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs and network security.
• Understand PLC/DCS, SCADA, CMS and IIoT connectivity.
• Experience supporting commissioning and field troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to customer sites as required.
