Job summary

Vertiv Co is seeking a Senior Engineer Mechanical with 5-6 years of CREO experience to support global design engineering activities for new product development, VAVE, and improvement projects.

The role involves concept design, 3D modelling, BOM structures, and CAD detailing using Creo, with emphasis on managing change orders and ensuring quality. Strong communication in English and independent work capability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with relevant exposure to design environment.
• 5-6 years of experience on CREO platform in Sheet metal domain is a must.

Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:

1. Minimum bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with relevant exposure to design environment.
2. 5-6 years of experience in CREO is preferable.
3. Must have good working experience in 3D modelling and detailing work on Creo with experience on generating Bills of Materials. Should also possess relevant experience and understanding of CO process.
4. Working experience on any PLM tools. Agile or PD clouds will be added advantage.
5. Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication process will be an added advantage.
6. Experience on telecom/electrical enclosure design is added advantage.
7. Good Interpersonal skills & ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
8. Self-motivated, disciplined, passionate, Willingness to learn and organized.
9. Experience in handling large CAD assemblies in CREO and managing modifications as required.
10. Working experience on External Simplified representation will be an added advantage.
