Job summary

QBurst is seeking a Senior QA Data Testing Engineer in India to drive data testing efforts across ETL/ELT processes and data quality validation. The role requires strong SQL skills, Python automation, and hands-on experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Redshift or Azure Synapse, along with CI/CD/DataOps integration.

As a senior member, you will design data quality test cases, perform complex validations, debug data issues, and mentor junior QA engineers in a fast-paced data

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Data Testing, ETL Testing, or Data Quality Engineering.
• Strong expertise in SQL, including complex queries, joins, CTEs, aggregations, and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience in ETL/ELT testing and source-to-target data validation.
• Strong experience with Python-based test automation.
• Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse, or similar cloud data platforms.
• Good understanding of CI/CD, DataOps, database testing, and data quality validation.
