We are looking for an experienced ETL/Data Quality Engineer with strong expertise in Big Data and cloud-based data validation. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in ETL testing, SQL‑based data validation, Python/PySpark automation, and GCP‑based data platforms.

The role requires deep understanding of data quality engineering, large‑scale data validation, and testing of cloud‑based ETL pipelines.

Mandatory Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in ETL Testing / Data Warehouse Testing / Data Quality Engineering
• Strong hands‑on experience in SQL and large‑scale data validation
• Experience with GCP services:
• BigQuery
• DataProc
• Cloud Composer (Airflow)
• Strong Python and PySpark programming skills
• Experience validating ETL pipelines and large datasets
• Strong understanding of STLC and defect lifecycle
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Hands‑on experience in test planning, test strategy, and execution
• Experience with regression and end‑to‑end testing

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Great Expectations or Deequ
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of data governance and data lineage
• Experience working with distributed Big Data systems
