Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Senior Engineer Industrial Engineering to enhance our successful Industrial Engineering Team in Nanjangud, India.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating industrial processes, systems and equipment to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Responsible for ensuring Monthly Time deviation is within Targets.
• Measure the efficiency of the manufacturing processes according to set key performance metrics.
• Establish production plans annually and per request that include capacity, head count, layout and space with capex avoidance measures in mind.
• Responsible for doing standard calculation base for the operational resource planning.

Your Profile

• Bachelor of Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing sector, preferably in the PCB/Semiconductor industry.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, statistical software packages, and CAD software.
