ReNew in Gurugram is seeking a Power Trading professional to manage round-the-clock trading operations and optimize the generation portfolio for revenue.

Job Summary The role involves managing round-the-clock power trading operations, executing transactions across multiple power market platforms, optimizing the generation portfolio for revenue maximization, and ensuring compliance with central and state regulations. The incumbent will coordinate with multiple stakeholders to support efficient and compliant power trading activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Engineering / Energy Management or a related field. Basic to working knowledge of Indian power markets and regulatory frameworks.
Familiarity with NOAR, power exchange operations, scheduling, and settlement processes.
Strong analytical and coordination skills.
Willingness to work in shift-based / 24x7 operations.
