Job summary

House of Hiranandani is seeking a proficient Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and maintain electrical systems for residential and commercial projects in Maharashtra. You will supervise and execute electrical works, ensuring adherence to time, safety, and quality standards as per approved drawings.

The role requires strong experience with load calculations, substation planning, and coordination with architects, consultants, and EB teams. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local norms and regulations (MSEDCL/MOEF/Electrical Inspectorate).
• Experience with electrical contractors/developers.
• IS/BIS standards familiarity.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Execute electrical works for residential and commercial buildings, including substations, HT & LT systems.
• Review and finalise electrical drawings, load details, transformer/DG sizing, BOQ, and SLD.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and EB department for load requirements, substation, and meter room details.
• Prepare CEIG drawings and obtain approvals and safety certificates.
• Plan and schedule electrical loads for residential projects.
• Manage manpower and monitor maintenance progress.
• Verify electricity bills and implement energy conservation measures.
• Evaluate new electrical products and certify contractor/purchase bills.
