TJX India is seeking a Senior Engineer to join the Global Stores and Supply Chain Solution Delivery team in Hyderabad. You will help architect and deliver BY TMS and related reporting solutions that scale across global buying, planning and allocations, while collaborating with cross-functional partners across the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Qualificações

• 5+ years with Blue Yonder TMS and FOM configuration.
• 3+ years in transportation management systems and multi-carrier integrations.
• Experience with Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
• 3+ years in supply chain design and implementation for large retailers (Blue Yonder suite preferred).
• Familiar with Global Integration Framework.
• SQL knowledge including stored procedures and BI concepts.
• Experience with data mapping and integrations.

What You’ll Do

The Global Supply Chain - Logistics Team is responsible for managing various supply chain logistics related solutions within TJX IT. The organization delivers capabilities that enrich the customer experience and provide business value. We seek a motivated, talented Senior Engineer with good understanding of BY TMS , Multi Carrier Integrations concepts to help architect enterprise reporting solutions across global buying, planning and allocations.

What You’ll Need

The Global Supply Chain - Logistics Team thrives on strong relationships with our business partners and working diligently to address their needs which supports TJX growth and operational stability. On this tightly knit and fast-paced solution delivery team you will be constantly challenged to stretch and think outside the box.

You will be working with product teams, architecture and business partners to strategically plan and deliver the product features by connecting the technical and business worlds. You will need to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development while keeping product quality and security as the priority. You will be responsible for most design, develop and technical decisions within assigned scope.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ Experience with Blue Yonder Blue Yonder TMS and FOM configuration and Business Analysis Reporting package


• At least three (3) years’ development experience, transportation management systems, Multi Carrier Integrations, hands on experience configuring inbound and outbound workflows.


• Strong development experience with Implementation experience with packaged solutions within an agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) environment.


• At least three 3 years’ experience in supply chain design, development, configuration, unit testing and implementation for medium to large scale retailers, preferably in the Blue Yonder ( JDA ) suite of Supply Chain systems


• Familiar with Global Integration Framework


• Hands on experience with installation, troubleshooting environmental and performance issues


• Demonstrated knowledge of database technologies - SQL, Store Procedures, and Business Intelligence.


• Experience interpreting functional needs and writing or editing systems changes, or system enhancements.


• Demonstrated knowledge of software development lifecycle


• Hands-on experience in delivering in the configuration, testing, implementation, and support of technical solutions


• Strong communication and influence skills. Solid team player with mentorship skills.


• Ability to understand the work environment and competing priorities in conjunction with developing/meeting project goals.


• Shows a positive, open-minded, and can-do attitude.


• Strong engineering mindset.


• Experience with integrations and data mapping

Nice To Have

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Service NOW.


• Knowledge of IT Security & Compliance


• Experience in any reporting tool like Cognos Reports


• Experience in Supply Chain\\Logistics Domain
