Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners India is seeking a Business Intelligence Senior Engineer to design, develop, and optimize data solutions that support strategic decision-making within a healthcare revenue cycle context.

You will leverage BI platforms, data modeling, ETL workflows, and analytics to deliver actionable insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure data integrity, and drive scalable reporting that improves operational and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• The Business Intelligence Senior Engineer designs, develops, and optimizes advanced data solutions to support strategic decision-making within a healthcare revenue cycle organization.
• Leverages business intelligence tools, data modeling, and analytics to deliver actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Serves as a technical expert, ensuring data integrity and scalability across enterprise systems.
• Develops and maintains complex data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions using industry-standard BI platforms.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manages data integration processes, optimizes ETL workflows, and enforces data governance standards to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Monitors system performance, troubleshoots issues, and implements enhancements to support evolving business needs.
