Job summary

Olectra Greentech Limited is seeking a Senior Engineer with strong experience in Automotive Embedded Software and BMS development to join our EV battery systems team in Hyderabad.

The role focuses on developing, integrating, debugging and testing BMS software, including SOC, SOH, SOP, cell balancing, battery protection, charging/discharging and thermal management, following MISRA C, ISO 26262 and ASPICE processes.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, CS or instrumentation.
• Strong hands-on embedded software development experience.
• Experience with MISRA C, ISO 26262 and ASPICE processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop BMS Application Software (ASW) using Embedded C, covering SOC, SOH, SOP, cell balancing, battery protection, charging/discharging and thermal management.
• Configure and integrate AUTOSAR BSW, including MCAL, RTE, CAN/CAN FD, UDS, NVM and ECU State Manager.
• Develop and execute unit test cases, including requirement-based and white-box testing, with appropriate code coverage.
• Perform software integration, debugging and support SIL/HIL and ECU-level validation.
• Analyze CAN/UDS communication, diagnostics and software defects and support root-cause resolution.
• Follow MISRA C, ISO 26262 and ASPICE development processes.
• Maintain software requirements, design documents, test reports and traceability.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Engineer with strong experience in Automotive Embedded Software and BMS development. The candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, debugging and testing BMS software for EV battery systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop BMS Application Software (ASW) using Embedded C, covering SOC, SOH, SOP, cell balancing, battery protection, charging/discharging and thermal management.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, Computer Science, Instrumentation or related engineering discipline.
