Job summary

J & O Global Search Ventures is seeking an experienced Quality Management professional in Chennai to lead QC/QA and lab operations in a rubber auto-component environment.

The candidate should possess a BE or DME with 8-10 years in Quality Management, capable of managing the lab independently and driving continuous improvement in line with IATF 16949 requirements.

Qualifications

• BE or DME with 8-10 years of experience in Quality Management in rubber auto components.
• Capable of handling QC and QA; able to manage the lab independently.
• Experience with IATF 16949 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) across QC, QA, and lab functions.
• Lead quality assurance activities and ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met.
• Drive continuous improvement, audits, and containment of quality issues in production.
