  • Handle procurement activities for direct materials and project requirements for the Power and Water Solutions Business, ensuring timely availability of materials and services.
  • Drive commercial negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors covering pricing, quality, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contractual agreements.
  • Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives through strategic sourcing, supplier development, rate contracts, and alternate vendor identification.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Projects, Planning, Finance, and Global Procurement teams to support business objectives and successful project execution.

  • Compliance & Ethics: Unwavering commitment to ethical procurement practices and strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Digital Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems, procurement tools, spend analytics, and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • B.Tech with 8+ years of experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, preferably within the Automation, Industrial, EPC, or Manufacturing industry. Experience in project procurement will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement tools is preferred.
