Job summary

Intrumentation & Control Solution is seeking a PLC Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager/Manager for Indore head office. The role requires 7-12 years in industrial automation with hands-on PLC/SCADA/HMI/DCS, and experience in Pharma or Chemical sectors.

You will lead projects from engineering through commissioning, guide teams, and coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure quality and on-time delivery. Candidates should be proficient in Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider PLCs and FactoryTalk/Optix

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Engineering required.
• 7-12 years of experience in industrial automation.
• Experience in Pharma/Chemical/Process industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects from engineering, FAT/SAT to commissioning.
• Guide automation engineers and project teams.
• Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider).
• Configure HMI/SCADA (FactoryTalk View/Optix) and support DCS/PlantPAx systems.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for project execution.
• Review technical documents, IO lists, and automation deliverables.
• Ensure timely project completion and quality.
