Job summary

RNTBCI PL in Chennai is seeking a Powertrain Control Engineer to develop and validate control logic for powertrain systems using model-based methods. You will design algorithms compliant with MAAB and ISO26262 and review software control models.

The role requires hands-on experience with Simulink, Stateflow, MATLAB scripting, MXAM, and Embedded C, plus understanding of gasoline/diesel, EV/HEV powertrains. You will prototype, perform real-time testing, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in function development of Powertrain control systems.
• Expertise in Simulink, Stateflow, MATLAB scripting, and MXAM for validation.
• Knowledge of automotive engines (gasoline/diesel), powertrain, EV/HEV, mechatronics.

Responsibilities
