Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Engineering Specialist AI to drive AI-led engineering transformation across the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background with expertise in either UI Automation or Performance Engineering, combined with hands-on experience in applying Generative AI, AI Agents, and AI-powered engineering solutions to improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes.

The role involves identifying engineering use cases for AI, designing and implementing AI-powered workflows, developing reusable AI agents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate software delivery and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI across software engineering and quality engineering processes.
• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve engineering productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Build and maintain AI agents, copilots, and reusable workflows for engineering use cases.
• Apply AI across the SDLC, including:
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks or performance engineering assets based on area of specialization.
• Integrate AI solutions with modern engineering platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Platform, and Engineering teams to drive AI adoption and innovation.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical implementation strategies.
• Mentor engineering teams and champion AI-first engineering practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
