Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence. In the Technology – Advanced Modeling and AI Solutions (AMAIS) Group in Hyderabad, you will collaborate with a multi‑functional team of engineers skilled in the modeling of process, equipment, structures, and materials. Your primary responsibility will be to support and enable solutions to Micron’s most significant challenges in memory development and manufacturing.
Your role will involve working on a critical program that includes materials, structure, or process modeling. You will develop and validate process/structure models using machine learning and statistical techniques to build state‑of‑the‑art products and solutions that support predictive analytics, prescriptive solutions, decision support, and decision automation data systems for technology development and manufacturing teams. You will work in a dynamic, fast‑paced team environment, report results to AMAIS, and collaborate with them on next steps.
Experience: 3+ years of modeling. Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Applied Mechanics, Applied Chemistry, Applied Physics, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
