Job summary

Movate is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Technical) Consultant to lead global rollouts, design technical solutions, and manage integrations for ERP transformation programs.

The role requires X++ development expertise, DMF data migrations, and experience with DMF, LCS, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines. The candidate must adapt to cross-regional teams and time zones.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in D365 F&O Technical.
• Expertise in X++ development and D365 extension framework.
• Proven experience in global rollout and support projects.
• Hands-on experience with UDE topology.
• Strong experience with DMF and data migration; LCS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end global rollouts of D365 F&O across regions and entities.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support global template development, extensions and deployment.
• Design, develop and maintain customizations: X++ development; Extensions; Forms, Reports, Classes, Tables.
• Develop and manage integrations using Data Entities; OData/REST APIs.
• Handle data migration with Data Management Framework (DMF).
• Support SIT, UAT, performance testing and go-live activities.
• Provide post-go-live hypercare and L2/L3 support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Manage code deployments using Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhancements and improvements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and knowledge artifacts.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end global rollouts of D365 F&O across regions and legal entities.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support global template development, extensions, and deployment.
• Design, develop, and maintain customizations using:

• X++ development

• Extensions (not overlayering)

• Forms, Reports, Classes, Tables

• Develop and manage integrations using:

• Data Entities

• OData / REST APIs

• Handle data migration activities using Data Management Framework (DMF).
• Support SIT, UAT, performance testing, and go-live activities.
• Provide post-go-live hypercare and L2/L3 support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
