• Proven experience with software development practices including configuration management, testing strategies, continuous integration, and delivery.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and influence technical decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments, design scalable solutions, and independently drive technical solutions from concept to delivery.

Senior Engineer

TheArchitecture and Technology Group (ATG) at Arm is responsible for defining and developing the advanced technologies that shape the future of Arm’s architecture roadmap. As part of ATG, we specialize in delivering world-class secure CPU and system architectures, along with the supporting technologies that empower Arm’s ecosystem to build innovative and competitive products.

Within ATG, the Architecture Modelling Team develops, maintains, and evolves Arm's architecture pseudocode and executable models, ensuring faithful implementation of architectural specifications and enabling high-quality Arm architecture across profiles(A-, R-, and M-Profile).

As a Senior Engineer, you will act as a technical leader working closely with experts across technology groups at Arm, and with our partners. You will play a key role in contributing to the definition, advancement, and validation of next-generation computing systems. You will work on long-lived projects with significant impact across the company and the wider community that relies on our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the development, validation, and evolution of architectural models.
