Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Engineer with 12+ years of experience, including 8+ years in relevant roles. The candidate will work across Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, and Chennai, with a 2:30PM–11:30PM IST shift.

Responsibilities include data normalization, performance analysis, and creating visualizations using Grafana, Tableau, and Carto. Proficiency with Python on AWS and knowledge of LTE/5G networks are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with databases like Databricks.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Grafana, Tableau, Carto).
• Scripting with Python on AWS.
• Nice to have knowledge of LTE and 5G wireless networks.
• Willingness to learn Android device services like Google Firebase.
• Experience running customer trials for new products/services.
• Ability to normalize data for various factors and draw insights.
• Analyze performance data to identify root causes of device connectivity issues.
• Regular report generation and presentations to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot device/network issues and provide trial/post-production support.
• Data gathering from diverse systems and data quality checks.
• Data cleaning, deduplication, standardization of formats.
• Create interactive visual representations of data for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Normalize data for varied factors to derive insights.
• Analyze performance data to identify root causes of connectivity issues for mobile users.
• Generate regular reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and triage device/network issues and support trials/post-production.
• Gather data from multiple systems and formats; review for accuracy and completeness.
• Clean data to remove duplicates and correct errors; standardize formats.
• Create intuitive data visualizations and communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
