Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Embedded Hardware & Firmware Engineer to lead the development of IoT products from concept to production. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in embedded firmware, hardware design, PCB development, wireless communication, sensor interfacing, and product R'D.

Key Responsibilities

• Design analog and digital electronic circuits.
• Develop production-ready schematics and review PCB layouts (Altium preferred).
• Develop embedded firmware in Embedded C/C++ for ESP32, STM32, or similar MCUs.
• Work with FreeRTOS, bootloader, OTA, and low-power firmware.
• Interface sensors and communication protocols (IC, SPI, UART, CAN, RS485).
• Develop IoT solutions using Wi-Fi, BLE, LoRa/LoRaWAN, GSM/4G, MQTT.
• Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, testing, and root cause analysis.
• Support prototype development, validation, certification, and mass production.
• Research new technologies, optimize product cost, and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Embedded Hardware & Firmware experience.
• Strong knowledge of Embedded C/C++.
• Hardware circuit design & PCB design/review.
• Experience with ESP32/STM32, NRF52,or similar MCUs.
• Knowledge of analog & digital electronics.
• Power supply design (AC-DC, DC-DC, LDO, Battery Management).
• Protection circuits (ESD, Surge, Reverse Polarity, Fuse, TVS, MOV).
• Strong debugging skills using Oscilloscope & Logic Analyzer.
• Experience in IoT product development and sensor integration.
• Familiarity with Git and engineering documentation.

Preferred Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication or related field.

Mandatory Requirement

The candidate must have hands-on experience in complete product developmentfrom concept, hardware design, PCB development, firmware development, prototype validation, testing, certification support, and mass production.
