Role Overview: We're seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our medical devices. This role is pivotal in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Firmware Development: Design, develop, and optimize embedded firmware for medical devices using languages such as C/C++ and Python.
2. PCB Design and Development: Lead the design and development of PCBs, ensuring they meet EMI/EMC standards and are optimized for manufacturability.
3. Electronics Compliance: Ensure all electronic designs comply with relevant medical device standards, including IEC 60601 series.
4. Project Management: Manage electronics development projects from concept to production, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
5. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics design and development, preferably in the medical device industry.
3. Proficiency in embedded firmware development using C/C++ and Python.
4. Extensive experience with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer or Eagle.
5. Strong knowledge of medical device standards, including IEC 60601 series.
6. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with wireless communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi).
2. Familiarity with analog and digital signal processing.
3. Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and design controls.
