Job summary

Atharv Consultants is seeking a seasoned Electrical Maintenance Lead for a manufacturing setting. The role focuses on design, development, and management of electrical maintenance projects, requiring strong troubleshooting, leadership, and safety compliance.

You will oversee testing and validation of systems, interact with clients, and drive improvements through innovation, documentation, and budgeting support.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Design & Development tasks related to electrical systems.
• Oversee Project Management activities for maintenance projects.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex electrical issues.
• Test and validate electrical equipment and systems.
• Lead and supervise teams in maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders as needed.
• Drive innovation and research for process improvements.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgeting for maintenance
• Document work and report progress to stakeholders.
