Job summary

Atharv Consultants is seeking an experienced electrical maintenance professional for operations, maintenance and support in a manufacturing environment. The role requires BE/B.E. in Electrical and 8+ years of relevant experience to lead electrical maintenance activities.

The candidate will oversee design, development, troubleshooting, testing, validation, and compliance while coordinating with client teams and internal stakeholders. Tough safety standards and cost control are essential.

Qualifications

• UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical maintenance with a manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

• Design & Development and Project Management across electrical systems.
• Problem solving & troubleshooting of electrical issues in manufacturing setups.
• Testing & validation of electrical equipment and processes.
• Team leadership & supervision of maintenance staff.
• Compliance, safety, and regulatory adherence for electrical systems.

• Innovation & research for improving electrical efficiency and reliability.
