Talentbridge seeks an experienced Senior DSP Engineer to independently develop, port, optimize and validate DSP algorithms for embedded audio products. You will own substantial DSP components from algorithm reference models through production deployment.

The role requires strong MATLAB/Simulink skills, C/C++ proficiency, and deep knowledge of fixed- and floating-point DSP on embedded platforms, with collaboration across firmware, QA and hardware teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/CS/related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8–15+ years in DSP or embedded software.
• Strong DSP fundamentals and embedded implementation experience.
• Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills.
• Experience with fixed-point and floating-point DSP algorithms.
• Experience developing software for embedded or real-time systems.
• Ability to independently drive DSP implementations through integration and validation.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, port, and validate DSP algorithms for embedded audio applications.
• Translate MATLAB/Simulink or reference implementations into production-quality C/C++.

• Profile and optimize CPU, memory, latency, and real-time performance.

• Perform code reviews and contribute to testing standards.
• Collaborate with algorithm, systems, firmware, QA, and hardware teams.
• Provide technical guidance to Level 3 engineers as needed.

General Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, port, and validate DSP algorithms for embedded audio applications.
• Translate MATLAB/Simulink or other reference implementations into production-quality C/C++.
• Independently own DSP components from implementation through integration and validation.
• Integrate DSP algorithms into embedded frameworks and product platforms.
• Apply fixed-point and floating-point techniques based on target hardware constraints.
• Profile and optimize CPU, memory, latency, and real-time performance.
• Optimize implementations for DSP cores and vector architectures.
• Develop unit tests, test vectors, and automated validation.
• Debug algorithm and system-level integration issues.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to implementation and testing standards.
• Collaborate with algorithm, systems, firmware, QA, and hardware teams.
• Provide technical guidance to Level 3 engineers as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8-15+ years of relevant DSP or embedded software experience.
• Strong DSP fundamentals and practical embedded implementation experience.
• Strong MATLAB/Simulink skills.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills.
• Experience implementing fixed-point and floating-point DSP algorithms.
• Experience developing software for embedded or real-time systems.
• Demonstrated ability to independently take DSP implementations through integration and validation.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Advantageous Qualifications

• Audio DSP experience.
• Tensilica HiFi or similar DSP architecture experience.
• ARM Neon/Helium, RISC-V vector, or x64 SIMD optimization.
• Embedded Coder or similar auto-code-generation experience.
• ML algorithm deployment experience.
• Experience developing reusable DSP components or libraries.

Experience with AI-assisted development tools to prototype and validate
