Job summary

AlgoTutor is a next-generation EdTech company focused on on-campus upskilling and career readiness for engineering students. This is a full-time, on-campus role for a DSA Instructor at AlgoTutor.

As an Instructor, you will deliver structured, placement-oriented technical training programs, conduct coding sessions, and mentor students in DSA, system design, and full-stack development. Travel to different campuses across India is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering structured technical training programs.
• Strong problem-solving and coding skills.
• Solid understanding of core Computer Science fundamentals.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Industry experience in product-based companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, placement-oriented technical training programs.
• Conduct interactive coding sessions and hands‑on workshops.
• Teach 6 hours daily during active campus programs.
• Mentor students in DSA, system design, and full-stack development.
• Evaluate student performance and provide improvement roadmaps.
• Be open to traveling to different campuses across India based on company requirements and training schedules.
