Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+, TypeScript preferred).
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Transact-SQL (queries, stored procedures, indexing).
• Proven experience deploying and managing applications in Microsoft Azure.
• Agile/Scrum experience, preferably with Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, authentication/authorization (OAuth/JWT), and security best practices.
• Experience with AI prompting and vibe coding tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using .NET Core (MVC), C#, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
• Build responsive front-ends with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Develop secure back-end services, RESTful APIs, and business logic with C# and ASP.NET MVC.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in the Microsoft stack to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications. This role focuses on full-stack development using C#, .NET, modern JavaScript, and Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who can architect solutions, mentor team members, ensure high-quality code, and thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment.

You will work on enterprise-grade applications, integrating front-end and back-end components while leveraging Azure for hosting, scalability, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using .NET Core (MVC), C#, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
• Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Develop secure, performant back-end services, RESTful APIs, and business logic using C# and ASP.NET MVC.
• Implement and optimize data access layers using SQL Server, writing efficient Transact-SQL queries, stored procedures, and schema designs.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications on Microsoft Azure (e.g., App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, and related PaaS services).
• Participate actively in all phases of the Agile/Scrum process: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers on coding standards, design patterns, and Microsoft technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack, including performance tuning and debugging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product owners, QA, DevOps, designers) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and writing complex Transact-SQL (queries, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning).
• Proven experience deploying and managing applications in Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams (e.g., using Azure DevOps).
• Strong knowledge of web development best practices: REST APIs, authentication/authorization (e.g., OAuth, JWT), responsive design, security (OWASP), and unit/integration testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Experience with AI prompting and vibe coding tools such as Claude, GitHub, CoPilot.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with .NET Core 8.0 (or higher) / .NET 9+ and ASP.NET Core (migration experience from .NET Framework is a plus).
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and state management tools.
• Experience with Entity Framework (classic and Core), Azure DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, containers (Docker), or microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of additional Azure services (e.g., Azure AD/Entra ID, API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps).
• Previous experience mentoring teams or leading technical initiatives.
