Job summary

Infosys BPM in Bengaluru is seeking a senior professional with extensive experience in risk management, internal audit or compliance to drive client engagements and solution delivery for RAC. The role emphasizes developing capabilities and working with sales teams to grow opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have background with Big 4s or large corporations, and a proven track record in delivering governance, risk and compliance services across second and third lines of defense.

Qualifications

• Experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit or Compliance for 9+ years.
• Experience with Big 4s or CaaS/GRC services.
• Ability to create solutions for prospects and identify client opportunities for 2nd/3rd line of Defense.
• Excellent communicator, proactive and independent results driver.

Responsibilities

• Create solutions/respond to RFPs for RAC.
• Define Risk Management or Internal Audit areas for clients.
• Support in creating a CoE for RAC (documentation, capability & capacity building).
• Collaborate with Sales/Solutions to identify opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Must have experience working in the Risk Management, Internal Audit or Compliance space for 9+ years.
• Experience working for the Big 4s or with a corporation for CaaS (compliance as a Service) or GRC (TCS, Accenture etc. has this service line)
• Must be capable to create solution for prospects and identify new client opportunities for 2nd line and 3rd line of Defense
• Ideal to have been working as a consultant or on the Sales side for Risk & Compliance
• Excellent communicator
• Proactive and an independent results driver (with be an IC role).

Job responsibilities:

• Creating solutions/responding to RFP queries etc. for RAC
• Define Risk Management or Internal Audit related areas for position to internal/external clients.
• Support in creating a CoE for RAC (documentation, capability and capacity building etc.)
• Work with Sales/Solutions team constantly to identify opportunities.
