Job summary

Jobtailor in India is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to conceptualize and produce marketing collaterals across banners, presentations, newsletters, and infographics. You will collaborate with customers to understand briefs and translate concepts into polished visuals, while adhering to brand standards and deadlines.

You will mentor junior team members, stay ahead of design trends, and deliver multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

• 5+ years of relevant design experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/College diploma, preferably in Graphic Design and/or related discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of infographics and data visualization techniques
• Excellent comprehension, verbal, and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to interact effectively and positively in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of current and future visual trends
• Aptitude for art direction
• Intermediate/basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Interactive PDF, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion graphics is advantageous
• Team management experience is advantageous
• Hands-on experience developing brochures, newsletters, flyers, banners, business presentations, animated presentations, and marketing collaterals
• Experience working with global clients
• Ability to build strong client relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
