FactSet is seeking a Disaster Recovery Engineer to join the ITDR Team in RE - Reliability Engineering. You will support and maintain a comprehensive disaster recovery program, perform risk assessments, create recovery plans, and ensure resiliency of critical business functions.
You will collaborate with IT teams, conduct BIA interviews, define RTOs/RPOs, and participate in testing, documentation, and incident response activities to strengthen organizational readiness.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Disaster Recovery Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely and report into the Disaster Recovery Manager to support and maintain a comprehensive disaster recovery program. Your primary responsibility will be to perform and execute disaster recovery duties ensuring the resiliency and continuity of critical business functions in the event of a disaster. The Disaster Recovery Engineer will partake in risk assessments, create, and update recovery plans, and support recovery efforts with internal teams and external partners. Good problem‑solving skills, technical proficiency, and an understanding of disaster recovery principles are important for this position.
